I love this recipe because it is so simple yet delicious. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and added some extra seasoning to them. They were ready after 6 hours on low. I will definitely make this again!
Does this have a strong vinegar taste, or do the flavors meld? I love vinegar, but my hubby, not so much
Can I do this with bone in chicken thighs?
Yes, those will work great.
How much minced garlic does this call for? I can’t seem to find it.
1 tablespoon, thank you. I fixed it.
Thank you! I made it yesterday. It was a hit.
Oh my goodness. Made this for the first time today and the sauce is so could I could drink pints of it! I cooked it on low for eight hrs and left the lid tilted open for the last 2 or 3 to help thicken it up. Everyone else in the family had whole grain rice with it, I just had some crusty bread.
Definitely one to add to the rotation. Thank you for sharing!
