Can I add a little sour cream to this recipe to keep it moist

    1. Sarah Olson says:

      Yes, that will work great.

  5. Ember says:

    Are steps 2 & 3 mixed up?

    1. Sarah Olson says:

No, you don’t want to add your stuffing until the other stuff is hot. Will be less mushy that way.

For the last 10 years I have made Stove Top in a very flavourful and easy manner. Instead of water use a can of chicken or beef broth along with the butter. This improves the flavour greatly. I am sure you could do this in the slow cooker or crockpot! Thanks for the great tip

Can I make this with canned oysters?

    1. Sarah Olson says:

I don’t see why not, just make sure the oysters are cooked before serving.
