- 2 large eggs
- 1 oz. Lipton Onion Soup mix
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
For the Potatoes:
- ½ lb. baby gold potatoes, cut in half
- 4 Tbsp. salted butter, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
For the Carrots:
- 3 large carrots, sliced half an inch thick on the diagonal
- 4 Tbsp. salted butter, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Meatloaf Topping (wait to add)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Instructions
- Add the meatloaf ingredients to a large bowl. Mix with a clean hand, shape into a small loaf, and add to the center of the slow cooker.
