Place any remaining pork in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop until warmed throughout. It makes great leftovers!

Is there alcohol content because of the bourbon?

Yes, the slow cooker may not cook off all the alcohol content due to the low cooking temperature.
