Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over the pork chops. I like to mix the seasonings together in a small dish first, then sprinkle them over the pork.
Add the carrots, onion and celery.
Pour over the boxes of stuffing.
Using a spoon, mix together the vegetables and stuffing and spread to an even layer.
Trying to drizzle over evenly, pour over the melted butter and chicken broth.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 5 hours.
As the pork chops cook it will add more moisture to the dish.

Stuffing Texture: Don't be alarmed if the stuffing seems dry. As the pork chops cook, they will release more juices and add moisture to the stuffing.Stuffing Brand: I like stove-top for this recipe, you can use the store brand that is similar to stove top (don't use other brands such as Mrs. Cubbison's or Pepperidge farms).
