Notes
How to Store?Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. They can easily be reheated in the oven or the microwave. How many ribs can I make at one time? You don't have to limit yourself to a small amount, you can double or triple the recipe, just add more seasonings, onion, and barbecue sauce. You will need to add additional time.Variations:Add a green bell pepper for a boost of flavor and a touch of color.Use chipotle barbecue sauce if you prefer a smoky flavor.Diced carrots and potatoes can be added to make it a full meal, but they may need additional cooking time to soften.Baby back ribs can be used in place of country-style ribs, but add 1/4 cup of water since they aren’t as juicy.
