Cook the beef, bacon, onion, garlic, and worcestershire in a pan until the meat is no longer pink and the bacon has crisped.
Cut the cream cheese into pieces and heat with the meat until melted and combined. Stir in the corn, tomatoes, soup and sour cream. Stir in half the cheese.
Place a layer of tater tots in the bottom of the crockpot. Pour the meat over the tater tots, then sprinkle with cheese, reserving a little for the top.
Layer the tater tots over the top, then top with the remaining cheese.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
Notes
Save a few bacon pieces to sprinkle on top.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. May be frozen for up to 3 months.
You can substitute the beef for ground turkey, ground chicken, or a combination of ground pork and lamb.
