Slow Cooker 3 Packet Pot Roast Recipe
Packets of zesty Italian, brown gravy, and ranch dressing combine with chuck roast, onions, and carrots for a deliciously tangy 3 Packet Pot Roast meal.

Slow Cooker- 6 quart or larger (I own and use this one from Crock-Pot)
Ingredients

lb.
chuck roast
(around 3-5 lbs. will work well)

packet Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
(Good Seasons Brand)

oz.
packet Ranch Dressing Mix

packet brown gravy mix

white onion
diced large

baby carrots

Instructions
Add the chuck roast to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle over the three packets.
Add the diced onion and baby carrots over the roast.
Pour over the one cup of water.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 9 hours or on HIGH for about 6 hours (or until the roast is very tender).
When the cooking time is up, shred the meat with two forks, remove any fatty pieces.
If desired degrease the sauce by laying paper towels over the grease and removing.
