Slow Cooker- 6 quart or larger (I own and use this one from Crock-Pot)
Ingredients

pound
jumbo lump crab meat
1
cup
milk
2
cups
heavy whipping cream
1
tablespoon
Old Bay seasoning
¼
cup
salted butter
(1/2 stick)
½
tsp.
salt
¼
tsp.
ground black pepper
3
Tbsp.
cornstarch
3
Tbsp.
cold water
to mix with cornstarch to make a paste
For serving
saltines or oyster crackers

Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients, except the cornstarch and water, in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
In a small bowl combine the cornstarch and water, to make a paste.
Add the cornstarch paste to the soup and cook on high for another 10-15 minutes, or until the soup thickens.
Serve immediately with an extra sprinkle of Old Bay and crackers, if desired, and enjoy!
