The magical slow cooker
– 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts – 1/2 cup honey – 1/2 cup yellow mustard – 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce – 1/4 cup salted butter melted – 2 garlic cloves minced – 1/2 tsp. dried leaf oregano
In a small bowl mix the sauce ingredients together (wait to add the heavy cream).
Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker, pour over the the honey mustard mixture over the chicken breasts.
Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.
When the cooking time is done, add the heavy cream. Shred the chicken with 2 forks and stir.
Serve and enjoy!
