The magical slow cooker
01 2 lbs ground beef
02 1 cup ketchup
03 8 oz tomato sauce
04 1/2 cup water
05 1/2 cup minced white onion
06 2 tsp brown sugar
01 1/4 tsp pepper
02 1/2 tsp onion powder
03 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
05 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
06 2 tbsp mustard
Set a skillet on the stove over medium high heat. Brown the meat and crumble. Drain the fat & add the meat to the slow cooker. Add other ingredients and stir.
Cover and cook for 1.5 – 2 hours on high or 3 hours on low, stirring often. This may burn if you leave it unattended too long.
If the hot dog chili sauce gets too thick add a splash of water or a touch more ketchup. Serve and enjoy!
