The magical slow cooker
01 28 oz. can red enchilada sauce
02 1.5 lbs. chicken breasts
03 1 cup sour cream
04 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
05 11 oz. bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
06 2.5 oz. can sliced olives
Add chicken breasts & enchilada sauce to the cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours Shred the chicken with two forks in the slow cooker.
Add sour cream & cheese. Stir in the crushed doritos. Sprinkle more cheese on the top, the olives & the rest of the doritos. Cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
