Yoshida's Crockpot Chicken
All you need are two ingredinets to make this simple slow cooker Yoshida chicken.

Slow Cooker- 6 quart or larger (I own and use this one from Crock-Pot)
Ingredients

lbs.
boneless skinless chicken thighs
23
oz.
bottle Yoshida's original gourmet sauce
For serving
steamed white rice
Instructions
Add the chicken thighs to the slow cooker. Pour over the Yoshida's gourmet sauce.
Cook on LOW for 5-6 or until the chicken is tender.
Serve over rice, shred if desired.
Notes
The chicken will appear dark after cooking, this is from the chicken soaking up the dark soy in the sauce.
3lbs. of chicken - use whole bottle of sauce
2lbs. of chicken - use 3/4 bottle of sauce
1lb. of chicken - use 1/2 bottle of sauce
