Ingredients

bell peppers
yellow, red and green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces.

small yellow onion
diced

diced tomatoes
(two 14.5-oz. cans)

tomato paste

tomato sauce

Italian seasoning

minced garlic cloves
(about one tablespoon)

omit if you don't want any heat

Instructions
Cut peppers and onions and place in crockpot.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
Serve over any type of pasta, enjoy!
