Ingredients

cheap steaks
- such as petite sirloins

white or yellow onions
(cut into circles)

pepper

minced garlic

Italian dressing mix packet

brown gravy mix

water

Instructions
Add the steaks to the slow cooker. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Add the onions and garlic on top.
In a small bowl, add the gravy mix, Italian dressing cornstarch and water. Whisk together. Pour over the steaks.
Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours. Serve with desired sides.
