My Salsa Beef Recipe has a slow cooked chuck roast that is seasoned with salsa and taco seasoning.

Slow Cooker- 6 quart or larger (I own and use this one from Crock-Pot)
Ingredients
3-4
lb.
beef chuck roast
24
oz.
jar salsa
(this is the larger jar) I use pace picante
1
oz.
taco seasoning
packet
For serving
tortillas and toppings for serving

Instructions
Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle over the taco seasoning packet.
Pour over the salsa.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the beef is tender.
Shred the beef with two forks and remove any fatty pieces from the slow cooker.
Lay a paper towel on top briefly to soak up excess grease, then discard.
Serve in taco shells and more!
