Tender chicken, savory ham, creamy cheese, and perfectly cooked pasta come together in this easy slow cooker meal that’s packed with all the flavors of chicken cordon bleu.
Add the chicken breasts, ham and cream cheese cube to the slow cooker. Pour over the chicken broth.
Sprinkle over the seasonings.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
Towards the end of the cooking time, cook the pasta according to the package directions.
When the cooking time is up, shred the chicken with two forks right in the slow cooker and stir the mixture together. Add the hot drained pasta and half of the cheese, stir.
Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and place the lid back on the slow cooker for 10 minutes or until melted. Serve and enjoy!
