Slow Cooker - 4 quart or larger (I own and use this one from Crock-Pot)
Ingredients

oz.
Velveeta Cheese
(can use 2% or even white)

oz.
sour cream

oz.
petite diced tomatoes
do not drain

center cut bacon
cooked and crumbled

lb.
ground beef
cooked and drained

tsp.
salt
to taste

tsp.
pepper
to taste
½
cup
red onion
diced

tsp.
Montreal Steak Seasoning
or your favorite steak or burger seasoning
chips for serving
can use tortilla or potato chips

Instructions
Add everything to a 4-quart or larger slow cooker; stir well.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or until hot and cheese has melted. Stir occasionally during the cooking time.
Serve with potato chips or tortilla chips.

Notes
If you dip has thickend, you will want to add a splash of milk or an extra can of diced tomatoes.
Ground sausage (such as Jimmy Dean) is a great choice if you don't want ground beef.
If you want more of a Mexican style dip, use rotel tomatoes and add jalapenos.
