Ingredients

oz.
Kielbasa
(2 rings) sliced about 1.5 inches thick
1
lb.
red potatoes
cubed about a inch thick
1
lb.
green beans
trimmed
1/4
cup
honey mustard
I use Beaver brand
1/2
cup
salted butter

Tbsp.
Cajun Seasoning (or Creole)
I like Tony's or Southern Flavor

Instructions
Add the cut potatoes to one side of the slow cooker.
Then add the sliced kielbasa to the middle of the slow cooker.
Next, add the trimmed green beans to the other side.
Drizzle over the honey mustard, you can eyeball the amount, it doesn't need to be exact.
Cut the butter into small cubes and place half on the potatoes and half on the green beans.
Lastly, sprinkle over the cajun seasoning. Feel free to use more to your tastes.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
