Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. Add the cream cheese and remaining ingredients to the slow cooker, stir. (Wipe down the edges of the slow cooker for a cleaner look if desired).
Cook on high for 2 hours.
Sprinkle with sliced green onions. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.

Store any leftover dip in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat on the stovetop over medium heat until warm throughout.
You can use cooked ground beef, ground turkey, ground sausage, or even baked and shredded chicken breasts.
