Slow Cooker Million Dollar Spaghetti

This Slow Cooker Baked Spaghetti has a slow-simmered beef sauce layered with pasta with a cream cheese layer, and a mozzarella layer. It’s often called Million Dollar Spaghetti!

Ingredients

01 2 lbs ground beef 

02 1/2 cup diced white onion

03 48 oz pasta sauce

04 1 minced garlic clove

05 1/4 tsp salt

06 1/4 black pepper

01 1 tsp. dried oregano

02 1 tsp. dried basil

03 1 lb spagetti noodles

04 4 oz cream cheese

05 1 cup ricotta cheese

06 2 cups mozzarella cheese

STEP 1

Cook the ground beef in a skillet on the stovetop, with the seasonings and onion, add the garlic at the end. Drain the grease and add to crockpot with the sauce.

STEP 2

Stir the mixture and cook on LOW for 6 hours. WAIT TO ADD THE NOODLES AND CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE.

STEP 3

Stir the noodles into the sauce and slightly press the noodles into an even layer (like you would for a casserole).

STEP 4

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, ricotta, and salt. Add this mixture on top of the noodles and sauce in dollops.

STEP 5

Sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese. Place the lid back on the slow cooker and cook for an additional 20 minutes on LOW.

STEP 6

Turn the slow cooker off so the dish doesn’t overcook. Serve and enjoy!
