The magical slow cooker
01 1.5 lbs boneless chicken tenders
02 1 lb baby carrots
03 1.5 lbs yukon gold potatoes
04 1/2 cup melted butter
05 1 tbsp minced garlic
06 1/2 tsp salt
01 1/4 tsp pepper
02 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
03 1 tsp dried parsley
Place chicken tenders (or breasts) in the middle of the slow cooker. On one side of that place wedges of Yukon gold potatoes and on the other a bag of baby carrots.
In a small sauce-pan melt salted butter and add minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried thyme and dried parsley. Pour this mixture over the chicken and veggies.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. Serve and enjoy!
