Slow Cooker Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Perfect side dish to for any occasion. Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole made in the slow cooker. Filled with sour cream and cheese and cooked to perfection

Ingredients

01 24 oz container of sour cream

02 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

03 1/2 tsp salt

04 1/4 tsp pepper

05 1 tsp onion powder

06 30 oz shredded hash brwn

Thermometer
Jar
Dough
Flour Bag
Flour Bowl

STEP 1

In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, 3 cups of the cheese, salt, pepper & onion powder. Add the frozen hash brown and stir.

STEP 2

Cover & cook on HIGH for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Add remaining cheese & put the lid back on until the cheese melts. Serve & enjoy!
