THE MAGICAL SLOW COOKER
Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Philly Cheese Steaks have tender beef, onion, and peppers. Pile on a bun and top with swiss cheese.
Sprinkle the roast with salt, pepper, & onion powder. Brown the meat on all sides in a skillet then add to the slow cooker. Add minced garlic, soup mix, bell peppers & onions. Pour in the water.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Shred the meat with forks discarding any fatty pieces. Take a paper towel and lay it over the meat and remove grease immediately.
Serve on sliced French bread or hoagies, topped with swiss cheese.
