Slow Cooker Teriyaki Ribs

Just six ingredients come together to create flavorful, Asian-inspired slow cooker teriyaki ribs that are fall-off-the-bone tender and tangy smooth.

Let’s get started!

Ingredients

– 3 1/2 lbs. baby back   pork ribs  – 1/2 tsp. salt – 1/2 tsp. pepper – 1 cup teriyaki sauce  – 1 Tbsp. red wine   vinegar – 3 cloves garlic minced – 1/3 cup barbecue sauce

STEP 1

Remove the membrane from the back of the rack of ribs

STEP 2

Cut the ribs in half. Sprinkle the ribs with salt and pepper and add them to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours.

STEP 3

After 7 hours, add the teriyaki sauce, barbecue sauce, garlic, & red wine vinegar to the sauce. Cook for an hour longer.

STEP 4

Before serving, brush with the teriyaki sauce that is in the crockpot and top with chopped green onion

STEP 5

Cut the ribs along the bone and serve.
