Place half of the frozen tater tots in the bottom of the slow cooker. Spread them out so they are an even layer.
Add the cubed chicken in a layer over the tots. Sprinkle over half of the bacon.
In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and diced onion.
Pour this mixture over the tots, chicken and bacon.
Add remaining tots, arrange them neatly if desired.
Sprinkle over the cheese.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.
When the cooking time is done add the remaining bacon and sprinkle over the green onion.

Can I use a different kind of condensed soup?You can use just about any condensed soup (Campbell's) in this recipe, use two cans. The creamy style are best, don't use brothy types like tomato or French onion.
