Slow Cooker- 6 quart or larger (I own and use this one from Crock-Pot)
Ingredients

sliced sweet yellow onion
I used 2 large onions

sliced mushrooms

salted butter
sliced

tsp.
dried oregano
1/2
tsp.
dried thyme
1/2
tsp.
sea salt

tsp.
coarse ground black pepper

garlic cloves

Instructions
Add the onions and mushrooms into the slow cooker. Add the sliced butter, seasonings, and garlic.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.
Serve and enjoy!
