Spray a small slow cooker with nonstick spray. (Though any slow cooker size will work, big or small).
Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until melted and smooth, stirring every 30 minutes. Stir until combined.
Turn the slow cooker to warm for serving. Beware the chocolate may cause burns. Use skewers when possible for dipping items and be sure to help children.
Makes 3 cups.

Store leftovers in the fridge for this is perishable.
This crockpot fondue chocolate is a perfect item to have on an ice cream bar! Keep the slow cooker on warm and stir often.
This can be reheated in the microwave and served another day. Or you can reheat it in the crock pot or on the stove-top, it doesn't take much time at all.
This dip can be served cold the next day. A perfect treat with sliced apples and perfect for work or school lunches.
