In a small bowl add the chicken broth and the cornstarch, whisk until smooth.
Add the remaining sauce ingredients. Whisk until very smooth, you do not want the cornstarch in a lump at the bottom.
Pour this mixture over the pork loin.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or LOW for 5-6.
Remove the meat from the slow cooker onto a cutting board and let rest for 10 mintues.
Cut the pork into serving slices and place back into the sauce in the slow cooker along with the sauce for serving.
Notes
Place the leftovers in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat them with the leftover honey garlic glaze in the oven until warmed throughout.
Pork chops can be used instead of pork loin, the cooking time will be 3.5 hours on high, or 4 hours on low.
You can marinate the meat in the sauce overnight in the fridge to infuse the honey garlic flavor into the pork.
