Slow Cooker Ham and Sweet Potatoes

- 3½ lb. Black Forest ham half 3-4 lbs
- 2 lbs. sweet potatoes peeled and cut; ½ inch thick
- 20 oz sliced pineapple undrained
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ cup brown sugar
Place the ham first in the slow cooker.
Add half of the sweet potatoes slices around the ham.
Slice the pineapple rings in half and place on top of the sweet potatoes.
Add the remaining sweet potatoes on top of the pineapple.
Sprinkle over the cinnamon and brown sugar.
Pour the pineapple juice over the top of it all.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.
Remove the ham and cut into slices.
Serve and enjoy!
