  • 2 lbs. cubed stew meat
  • 1 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup diced white onion
  • For Serving:
  • toasted sesame seeds
  • sliced green onion

Slow Cooker Size:

  • 4 quart or larger


To make into a freezer meal:

  • Add everything to a gallon sized freezer bag. Squeeze out excess air. Freeze for up to a month. Thaw in fridge before cooking in slow cooker. Follow next instructions to cook.


  • Add everything to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Serve over rice
